Abstract

Here, we present a 36 year-old woman with hyperprolactinemia who responded to high dose of bromocriptine (40 mg/d), although she has not a demonstrable micro or macroadenoma by radiological Investigations for 12 years. Moreover, she has not any significant side effect due to the treatment.
